If I knew this was going to end as a donation I wouldn't have given you a cent.



Im reading of many people paying for in-app stuff and not receiving anything (I had the same problem). That can happen. But not receiveing ANY helpful response, nor any efford from the support team to resolve or at least CARE about some issues, it's just at the same level of a gipsy market that tries to cheat on customers (basically: stealing)



I want the support team to react efficiently to this issue and solve any problem related to it as soon as possible.



I'm not going to let it go.
