Now, more strange events are happening.

Not being able to get to the Capitol Building I figured it was time I tackeld the Anchorage quest. So, I followed every step, went through the bazillion super mutants to arrive at what according to my map shortcut is the 'Outcast outpost'

Except, it isn't there.

There is only a steel structure. The ground has fallen. The Mk IV turrets are floating in the air (as is a LOT of other garbage). No door, so cannot enter the building so cannot play the DLC quest?

I am inclined to say WTF but that would be uncivil, so I'll stay away from said comment.
