That would be saweeet. Like if you take a certain amount of damage, but live to fight another day. You unlock scars and bruises. Or the mega possibility of over-priced DLC Packs for stuff like that. *cough*LittleBigPlanet*cough*

I know they mentioned scars as an option.

I wonder if the scars will be able to be used in conjunction with tattoos.

I want a decal system for characters - rather than cars. Imagine Forza 3 style decal system but with character models.

i dont understand the whole idea of character customazation is this game. sure its fun and nice that other people see what you look like but it would be more fun if you could also see how you look. its kinda hard in fps game. so why make it? why not make this into overshoulder shooter?

whenever you're not in-game, you will see your character. In every menu screen, start screen, credits, whatever, your guy will be displayed nice and big for you to see, and you can even interact with him, like rotate him and stuff. Also, you will see your character in-game in certain situations, like when you die or are waiting for a medic.

Why do you have your hair cut in a certain way? Why do you wash? Why do you wear certain kinds of clothes? It's the same reasons why you choose how you look in a game. Because you know that you look good and you hope that other people think you look good or scary or funny. Throughout the course of a day other people will see you much more than you see yourself yet you still do it. It's very similar

On that note, I hope they put in some fairly wacky options, like a top hat and tuxedo, or a big afro, or a motorcycle helmet.

I think combining the looks of all the different archetypes could make some pretty wacky options anyway. The freak's mask and the sweat's vest on a large body type would look something like a mexican wrestler.

i think yuo should unlock stuff fer doing missions, challenges etc like say your objective is to kill a high ranked general if your resistance u get like a bit of his clothing or if yur security u get like a medal that u could put on your clothes
i also agree with wot a lot of people have said of having a decal maker but if there is one i hope it aint as buggy as AoTs mask thing was

I think it wud be cool to have like layers so you could have like 2 of part of clothing like the (paintball mask with the bandana) or the anger and the firestarter armour would look cool i dont mean like go overboard like 10 things from the same catergory just like be able to combine 2 or 3

I would like to see the option to play as a female. So far, even with all the customization options it doesn't look like I'll get to choose my own gender. I'm disappointed, Bethesda.

The game is being made by Splash Damage and published by Bethesda. Which is why both of their logos appear at the bottom of this page. Just so you know.

I hope they bring ps3eye/360cam support so you could put your face in or a way to upload your face pic to the game or a type of face editor like in fifa 10,
I normally use my brother’s face to put in games with such features like in pes09/fifa10 I made my brother a football star where my cousins would recognize him without me telling them who that was :celebration: :celebration:

Unfortunately I doubt that there will be camera support I'm guessing there's quite an extensive face customisation system judging by some of the lookers in the preview.
