As anyone who's done the Brotherhood story like me knows, the quest Blind Betrayal happens only because of handing Ingram the holotape in Outside the Wire. So my question is if it's possible to progress the Brotherhood's storyline without doing that, after all the main quest seemed to be getting Li back and not the whole spying thing. Or, at the very least, give it to Sturges and never let Ingram see it. It didn't seem like an essential quest, as you learn about the Reactor otherwise through the Institution's broadcasts over Diamond City Radio.

If anyone tried that or has a save file they could load and try it on, it'd be much appreciated.
