Got the game the day it came out, ran it for the first time with EVGA precision for in-game FPS on screen and got about 15-20FPS up until the scene where your above the water after the sub explosion locked up. Went onto these forums and saw the thread about Multi-GPU flickering and found a link to the EVGA SLI enhancement patch which I Downloaded and it seemed to work, inconsistently that is. I would play for about 10 mins or so getting 40-70+ FPS then it would all slow down again to 15FPS. I went and deleted all kinds of programs I dont need or use anymore, got rid of system processes in the background and finally I was about to play for a good couple of hours with no problem. Well except, sometimes with I would die, I could no longer melee for some reason. I should also point out that I am using an xbox360 controller and my LG 32' LCD TV in a resolution of 1920X1080. But not being able to melee really svcks, it wont work on the keyboard either. And now... more slow down. I also saw on the previous thread about going into the nvidia control panel and changing the 3d settings to 'Force Alternate Frame Rendering 2 for %50 usage on both GPUs" I had noticed that the first card was doing about %80-90 usage compared to the %20 of the other. This worked! or it seemed, now I still experiencing slow down from great 90-120FPS indoors and 40-70FPS outside to the sudden slow down of 15-20FPS and sometimes even 5fps. I am out of ideas at this point. ANY advice is seroiusly appreciated! I should also mention that I can play the first Crysis in DX10 at max settings (very high) at the same resolution with a steady framerate of 35-40FPS. As well as other games such as Oblivion, Stalker and etc.
