Overhaul 3.0 = not working with Steam version : III

I bought Morrowind on steam a few weeks ago (I proudly gave Bethesda again 20€ for that awesome game) and I tried to install the mod Overhaul 3.0 but it isn't working!

Any suggestions?

Did you installed it OUTSIDE of the regular steam games folder?

Did you disables steam overlay?

Both of these steps are required as far as I remember.
