[Relz] Overlooked Meshes Galore - OMG

Post » Tue Mar 08, 2011 8:12 pm

While I don't know about the things you overlooked, but the banner seen on both download pages described as "http://pnmedia.gamespy.com/planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/fms/images/mods/7217/1237701114_fullres.jpg" is in fact the banner of http://images.uesp.net//3/3f/HouseTelvanni_flag.png ;P

Other than that, this is an excellent resource

Wow, can't believe I haven't replied in here. This is awesome, I used those things so often but had to extract files time and time again, modifying the UVs every time etc. :ahhh:

This will save me a lot of time that I'm already burning by doing nothing as it is.. :P Thanks!

Awesome stuff. I remember a lot of these meshes surfacing years and years ago, like the ball and chain for instance, but I had to idea there were so many. I can't wait to add these to my personal mods!

edit: holy crap this threads old! totally missed it.

Hey thanks for this, I have always used this with my mods.
It's much easier than digging out those lost meshes myself.

Though I didn't realize there were some you had missed.

Your welcome :)

Way back when i actually messed around with the CS I recall seeing a few architectural pieces that I think weren't used. This was years ago last i seen them so I don't know how accurate my description may or may not be. I recall them being possibly similar to Vivec/Velothi type architecture except the textures were white and looked a bit more ornate. I could be wrong about the style but I seem to recall stumbling upon them while messing around with the city of Vivec. Perhaps you have seen them?

Anyway, this is a nice collection. Bethesda really left a bunch of junk just lying around unused.

I know that I have included a bunch of Velothi stuff. But most of it has really screwy UV's.

Hehe, this was released a while ago, I just named it what they called it. :)

I may go through and fix up some things when I have the time and if I have the skill.

Blows dust off thread.

I found these mentioned in "Lurlock's Missing Cave Pieces":
Meshes\i\in_bonecave_stal00.nif
Meshes\i\in_bonecave_stal10.nif
Meshes\i\in_bonecave_stal20.nif
Meshes\i\in_bonecave_stal30.nif
Meshes\i\in_bonecave_stal40.nif
Meshes\i\in_bonecave_stal50.nif
I also noticed that the in_bonecave_stalXX pieces are missing from the CS, but the models are included on the CS disc

I don't see them defined in the copy of OMG I have, and they look usable as they are.

Ooh, thank you for that Dragon32, I'll look into adding those into the mod. I would like to see all of these out in the open where they'll be used more often. If anyone else has additional suggestions. Post'em up :)
