try rebooting then attempting to get a kill with a scarab with NO attachments and watch how it sprays everywhere and takes forever to drop anyone....

point being..the attachments do their job...and also stfu :)

The scarab is pretty bad at start! only the default class which have aim enhance is remotely good to use at beginners rank. i use weapon pro and proximity alarm with it. i played on iron sight till i got the foregrip! then, it got a lot better. I switched to feline right after i got to level 7...

I believe it is absolutely stupid how big the difference is between a default weapon and a fully-leveled-up weapon + modules. It's such a stupid thing to do in a competitive game where everything is supposed to be equal/fair.

It's like Crytek were thinking "hey, lets give new players even less of a chance by making their guns terrible! That should encourage them to keep playing!"

The early weps svck cause they are the early weps.

Thats why the Scar was pretty good cause its was a late multiplayer unlock.

People who have achieved the xp to unlock the Scar use the Scar cause its good, and now its nerfed cause of whiners.

But Crytek always new it was good thats why it was the last fully auto rifle, but the whiners crying got it nerfed.

The attachments do there job, the guns get progressively better and people cry nerf all the time without realizing that it takes effort and xp to unlock attachments and good guns all the while playing with not so good guns.

Its called leveling up. Its game design.
You nerf the last unlock weps like the Scar to match the recoil and spread of the Scarab to balance the game for whiners is breaking ur own game design.

This isin't supposed to be poorly done MMOFPS - aka Dust 514 - where the player with more hours can beat better player just because the worse player has better equipment. This is supposed to be a competitive multiplayer where every weapon is useful all the time. Making Scar better than others is same as showing middle finger to those who don't play much - you just annoy the community with that crap.

You are supposed to give more variation to the available equipment with level up system, not better. You already know more about the game than the player who is a low-level. You don't need extra advantages.

meh, that's a pretty weak complain. Attachments unlock much faster then modules, meaning you will statrt getting stuff very fast. Besides the difference is not beyond the point of skill.
