Overpowered random loot ?

Hi,I just found some days ago what I think is way overpowered loot.

I started a game with a new character,one of a custom race that I made myself.
Please note that I didn't modded anything that has to do with loot.
While being inside the first dungeon,before the emperor even dies I opened a crate and I found the Claymore of Soul Fire inside it! :flamethrower:
Its base attack points are 7,and deals 15 points Fire damage on strike.
I think that the race I made is considered "normal" meaning that I didn't made it a super powerful one,I only gave it 320 attribute points to it,which I think is the default.
I don't know what factors except character's level are possible to affect the kind of loot I might find,but I thought that finding this weapon as random loot in level 1,at the first dungeon was something strange enough to talk about it. :whistling:
What do you think ? How did that happen ?
Is it weird,abnormal,or just funny ?

Something has been modified either by another modder or yourself. A quick look through leveled lists reveals a total of six slots, of which only three are used in SI, the remaining three hold 0 count. Level three is the minimum for generation. Sooo... :shrug:
