Actually Birdo is correct your two statements are contradictory to each other. First you ask if the suit is overpowered, then you describe how its not weak. That's two contradicting statements. And people obviously do care, because we can't understand what you're trying to ask if your post doesn't actually make any sense.

From what I gather, you are asking if other people find that the so-called "overpowered" nano-suit find it too weak. In that case, no. It takes more than one bullet for you to lose all your power. Unless your in stealth, and that's the way the game is designed to work. Or you get shot by a K-Volt. Again, that's the way the game is designed to work.
