Override quest stage with my house mod?

A few years ago I made Hjerim House Refburbished mod. I've seen several people commenting on the Steam Workshop that they are unable to puchse the refurbishment "decoration" from Jorleif and the Palace of the Kings. I don't have Skyrim installed or the Creation Kit currently to investigate but when I did have them I did try to find out why the quest wasn't working for them but failed to find a solution.

There are console commands to progress quests without actually doing them. How do I find the quest ID for my house mod to get it to activate?

Normally the conditions for the mod to work before turning it on the Data options of the launcher are:

1. Complete the Stormcloak Vs Imperial Empire battle for Windhelm.
2. Solve the murders in Windhelm (quest: "Blood On The Ice").
3. Purchase Hjerim house in Windhelm (with or without some or all of the decorations it doesn't matter).
4. Enter Hjerim house at least once to complete the "Visit your new home" quest line.

5. Install the mod.

6. Go to Jorleif at the Palace of the Kings in Windhelm and ask him for a "New house with more storage", for 2000 gold.

This then removes the exiting teleport door in Windhelm to the old Hjerim House with a new door that takes the player to the new cell.

Console commands won't help; you should reinstall the game and the ck, so that you can investigate further. Are you even sure that the users of your mods followed your instructions? Users never read the description you took hours to write down...

P.S.: To make your mod idiotproof, you should make it so that it activates itself automatically after all the conditions have been met.
