Overseer's Office desk trapdoor

I'm building a Vault-Tec Vault for the player to explore made up of a "galley" hub with living, dining, medical, recreation, engineering rooms, and an Overseer's Office immediately accessible, with a long, hard series of catacombs underneath. when the player gets to the end, i'd like to have a switch that lifts the desk in the Overseer's office above and retract the hidden door so the player can access a special prize area. However, i'm having a problem with the "desk-door". i cant figure out a way to have the desk rise up, or barring that, (offscreen) replace the lowered desk with an upraised one when the player hits the switch. i'd like to be able to reverse the effect and lower the desk when needed too.

And on that topic, anyone know a way to get the Overseer's office window to line up with the Galley window? there's that infernal little gap that i can't fix.

P.S. I'd like the Office and the switch to be in different cells, but the same cell might be easier.
