When the cinematic starts, the game crashes.

I have tried deleting the .ini files and re-verifying.
I've deleted the OWB files and re-verified.

What's left to do?

I'm quite upset about this if it won't work, after all the hours I put into my new character.

Do you have the Vault 13 canteen?

I had a similar problem with Dead Money. It randomly would freeze at the opening sequence after I got GRA and Courier's Stash. After some testing, I realized it worked perfectly fine once I got rid of that canteen and put it in that container at the start. Worth a shot.
