Has to do with fast travel and now doors.

I believe it has to do with Sink appliance upgrades / programming software.

Reloaded a save from before I started messing with that quest. Fast travel and doors are fine.

It started with the 3 or 4th holotape...X 22 ?

I guess I'll just bypass the quest and stick with the main and get out of OWB.

I have heard it was a long time known bug....don't feel like dealing with it.
