Yeah, I'm just waiting for it to finish downloading. I kinda wished I raised my character's science and sneak before it came out, but I guess I'll manage.

Why would you buy a key? The rate of returns on them are so low it would have been better to buy the key and then sell it for a cheaper price than to use it. Anyway the dl took a while but I'm playing it now. I don't know whether to continue or wait for the achievements to be put in place.

Though at the very least we can expect no less content then HH or DM, but voice wise, I think we will all be happy.

It's been on Steam since at LEAST 12:30 AM (that's when I saw it) Eastern United States Time. So it's been on Steam for at LEAST one and a half hour.

Ive tried searching for Old world blues on steam Nothing

Ive gone to the New Vegas page which does list Dead Money and Honest hearts but no OWB

Ive right clicked on FNV in my library clicked the DLC option and then display all avaliable DLCs and theres no OWB

Ive checked the front page of the store and theres no sign of it either

Ive rebooted steam twice and nothing.........

I'm guessing OWB released in a single region from the last comment on the other page.

http://store.steampowered.com/app/72750/ If you don't find something there, they're probably doing releases for different regions or something
Anyway, I'm still downloading it, but the .esm file is downloaded for me. And looking at the stuff in it so far makes me happy
