OWB The Sink

How exactly does this place work? I've been trading with the main ai part, and I have been collecting some holodisks. This is my first time playing OWB so I am just curious. I don't want to miss anything big with making your character better. I mostly wanted the sniper rifle.

I just finished OWB and really enjoyed it.Most of it is running around getting upgrades for the sink but the characters are a hoot.Well worth playing.

I was actually disappointed with this DLC. I found it to be more annoying then fun. Enemies just kept poping up and appearing out of no where all the time, and they had a huge range of perception where I was always in caution, even if they were miles away from me. I was going for that stealth suit, but I hate how it puts med x into you. Med x always f's up my DT when the chem is used up. Not to mention I didn't feel any speed difference with the final firmware upgrade. Only thing I wanted was the sniper rifle, but I just quit my character and started over again. Only keeping Honest Hearts, Lonesome Road and Gun Runners Arsenal as my DLCs. My game gets way too laggy if I have everything installed too.

I spent 87.4% of my time in Big Mt. in CAUTION status. 10% in DANGER. These LOBOTOmites have had their brains removed, how f'n perceptive can they possibly be?! They should have had a gun skill of about 14.

That Stealth suit was weird, I don't remember it filling me with Med-X until I downloaded Lonesome Road and even then it wasn't till I completed it (I wore the Stealth Mk2 in LR).
