i keep trying to add my own music to morrowind, but it keeps crashing when it tries to play them.

They're all named exactly like the old ones

They're all in the right folders

And They're All the same bitrate.

Can anyone help me?

They don't need to be renamed, it should be sufficient to just drop the mp3s in.

Try putting all of the originals back and adding your mp3s to the folders as well and see if that works.

And make sure that they are mp3
I don't think WAV files work.
