So is there some ways to make Castle Volkihar be classified as your home despite siding with the Dawnguard using Console Commands? So I figured that after I wiped out the vampires living in Castle Volkihar, why not take over it? It's not like the vampires there would mind seeing as how they're all dead. But everything there is still being classified as being owned and you can't really make it a home. Also there's no way to repair the pathway to the courtyard.

It's usable from either "side" after DG's done. Try it out, Arthmoor does EXCELLENT work! [Eh, you failed to indicate if on vanilla or SSE - that's the link to vanilla, don't know if it's been ported to SSE.]

IIRC there need to be things added, as well as removed, to achieve this, so a mod, rather than just console commands, is needed. E.g. replanting the courtyard needs more plants.
