These are all new, I think.
I wonder what "can block and attack at the same time mean? Kind of like a brutish bash with both the shield and weapon at the same time?

Since you can attack with two weapons in two hands at the same time in Skyrim, it's quite logical that this will allow you to block in one hand and attack with the other too.
That's what it means I think.

It probably doesn't mean that you bash with the shield the same time you block. But I do think that bashing with the shield is in the game anyway.

As far of the dragons tearing up landscapes (or city walls), it might be dynamic destructive environments or scripted illusions of said environment. I think the attacks on cities will be in the scripted illusions area (kinda like Dagon destroying the chapel dome in Oblivion), but I would love to see dynamic landscapes where a dragon's talons will create big furrows in the ground. :)

Todd has made it a point to say dragons and their abilities are not scripted. He also mentioned once that, sometimes when he gets bored playing, he'll summon some dragons to terrorize a town and they "just work". So, unless the dragon leaving a gash in the ground is one, specific, scripted event (that's never repeated), it's a safe bet to say it's something dragons can automatically do almost anywhere.

That said, I doubt it'll be a physical deformation. I bet it'll be more like a decal placed on the ground/objects (though with proper parallax mapping, can appear to have some depth). One of the interviews mentioned them having developed a system for facial scars/tatoos/decals, so perhaps it's something that applies to other objects and terrain equally.

i like the fact that the quest givers family or friend takes there place tbh it was annoying when you made one mistake and it turned out to actually kill the guy...

the sawmill idea seems interesting

Dragons tear up landscape i honestly can't wait to see this it will be awesome

the perks will be amazing and im sure really helpful

The more puzzles in a dungeon the better i say

all and all i think im not the first to say that this game will top and raise the bar to RPGs every where
