Some of you have probably seen these in magazines I don't know, but because they are taken by me from the free video on the Xbox dashboard I thought it would be ok.
They are NOT the best quality because I took them from my LED TV with a digital camera. There was a few more landscape ones but they came out terrible.

Are full hoods new because they weren't in oblivion?

Don't think so. Pretty sure I've seen screens of the PC wearing the same armor, which tells me it is a NPC class enemy, capable of wearing the same armor, so not Goblin. Also, the skin is very reptilian, ruling out a Dunmer. Look at the high res, you can even see it is wearing an open faced helm. I'm almost positive it is an Argonian.

The skin doesn't look reptilian at all. it's greyish-blue, signifying that it's a Dunmer.

Reptilian in texture, shape and sheen. You do realize reptiles come in a whole range of colors, same with Argonians, as evidenced in Oblivion. Also, the arms are too spindly and slender to be Dark Elf.

Argonians have never been greyish-blue to my knowledge, and the color of the NPC's skin is too uniform throughout to be an argonian as the screenshot shows.

You will also notice that he has no tail, meaning he is not an argonian.

It has a goblin style of headgear on, although the head and ears seem a little small for a goblin...unless they've been redesigned...it's also hard to tell from that angle.

The skin to me doesn't look argonian at all and there's no tail.

so dunmer???

They were blue-grey in the leaked concept art of the Argonian for Skyrim. The concept image for the Argonian also shows a very low tail. Who knows? Neither of us to say the lease, but my money is on Argonian.

We can't conclusively say what the color of the argonian is in the concept-art because of the lighting.

Also, as stated, there is no tail on the NPC. You can see more of the picture in the GI magazine, and it shows absolutely no tail. The screenshot in the GI shows even below the NPCs waist. Argonians can't possibly have tails that begin much lower than the waist.

Here we go. The concept art shows the tail as being low, tucking out almost between the legs, an area not pictured in the GI image. So no, you cannot say there is no tail, just none visible. Also, as evidenced by the concept art, it wouldn't be in the area picture in the screenshot.

At the start of the vid there is a massive pan of the mountains. Added the Argoninan-Goblin-Dunmer to the main page. Thanks again.

Can you do the dragon close up that would be epic?

I can't even see the shape of the face. It just doesn't look like an argonian.
