OXM UK Todd Howard interview. The one that these screens are taken from. Only new info is the dialogue stuff though and that tree screen.

Right okay, but that video is already up. Where is it being uploaded to now?

Hooray! Thanks 360PRGplayer. I have been trying to access that video for ages. I tried making a UK account on Xbox Live but it did not work. It knows I am not from the UK.

Is the mountain peaks picture (#9 in the OP) a screenshot? It looks like very beautiful artwork, but if that's a screenshot my mind would be blown.

Great thanks for uploading. New dialog system sounds great. I really like this type of dialog interaction in games, feels a lot more natural.

In regards to the Argonian debate, it does look a lot more greenish in the video and it's not outside the realm of possibility that it is lizard folk.

Seeing the video leaves the impression with me that dialog might now work a bit like FO:Tactics mixed with NWN ~if you can imagine.

Anyone else think this (or kind of see what I mean)?

Best Long distant mountains I have seen in a game, the great outdoors in Skyrim are the best yet of any TES based on few pics, I love snowy/conifer forest type terrain. Solsthiem is my fav location in TES. The river/mountains shot is really awesome(from Nordic Gamereactor).

Still too smooth and monochromatic, IMO. Maybe it's a goblin, but it seems rather large for that. I'd still put my money on it being a dunmer.

This dialogue thing seems interesting, but Im afraid it will mean even less interaction (treating dialogue as something to be "avoided" because its boring). If dialogue is something you can walk away from and it continues--does this mean we will have limited or no intereaction with characters now? Just ask them a question and get monologues without interruption/further clarification?

I really need to see this in action just to see the action dialogue choices you get.

I still think that blueish-green skinned thing is an orc, I think they just made the skin look more slimy. (look at the helmet and head proportions) If that is an Argonian I would be surprised at the large change, and I dont think a dark elf would have such weird skin.

This is close to what I meant a few posts back, when mentioned FO:Tactics & NWN.

NWN treated dialog in a way that seems to match Todd's description of Skyrim's dialog (at least I think so). FO:Tactics dialog was basically just a mission briefing, and a confirmation that the mission was done.
