So I just started playing for the first time since the latest patch and noticed that pacified enemies stay pacified now until you leave the area, which seems like a quality change. Also, I started riding solo and carrying around a well-loaded syringe rifle with non-lethal darts. It allowed me to control the fighting preventing stray bullets to provoke pacified enemies to hostile again. The syringe rifle gave me a 30 second reprieve should my first pacify attempt fail.
It's working rather well and is a nice change of pace from just gunnung down everything. At lvl 3 I can trade with anyone I pacify and loot them anyway. When they follow me however they don't seem to quick travel. Would like to see that added. Also, the feature is still buggy. I pacified Cinder yesterday and yet she still kept fighting me. Instead if having another "pacify" command appear when I targeted her, I just had the "command" option appear as if she was already pacified. Also seeing it go off as if I successfully pacified enemies I didn't intend to pacify. Just randomly. Anyways, not sure if Bethesda has tweaked this skill any but it sure seems like they have. Still needs tweaking though.
