Im sorry you experience these bugs

It is to be a little expected though, with a game this immense.
No amount of playtesting beforehand can compete with the millions of hours on a million different pc's and platforms that the players do after release, its just unfeasable to expect players not to find bugs that were missed by testing, the difference in manhours and variables is just too staggering.

They are working very hard on patches that will fix issues, we are told a third one is already in the making.

I think its best to be patient, maybe check or have checked out your pc or console for troubles on that end.
I know for instance that an xbox cd drive that is on its last legs will give trouble with any complex game, while often still being able to play the simple linear shoot-em-ups.

Anyway, I am sure there will be patches shortly to adress major issues many people are experiencing.

I hope you will try the game again when that happens as it is just an amazing and wonderful game, despite some flaws, and will give you hours upon days of enjoyment.
