Same problem here. Paid money, game said me something about bad internet connection (which was wrong) and didn't give me lunchboxes. Now I am waiting for Bethesda support to answer my request. :/
Go to the Google play page of fallout shelter, it'll say you have it installed. There should be a contact button. Follow instructions, fill out the form and add the receipt and savegame if you can. State very clearly what happened. They helped me out on a Mr Handy issue too, because of a savegame corruption. Got refunded within a day.
When i tried to get a Mr handy it said i had a network error and was still charged. I was wondering: did you contact bethesda or google? By form do you mean email? And how did you add the reciept and savegame? Thanks
