Has anyone have any problems with the pain train perk? Mine suddenly stopped working properly. It sometimes doesn't work and sometimes it does, and on rare occasions I don't even need to sprint at enemies. Hope I'm not the only one experiencing this. And some conversations can't be skipped like bartering with vendors and selecting the "relationship" option when conversing with companions?
