It's pretty aggravating that the last perk only works in PA when it's useless to melee/unarmed build. Using PA with a gun is fun because your damage isn't tied to your special so losing 5 points isn't as significant. Knocking people over isn't worth losing 30% damage and the ground pound is essentially worthless without the leg mods and jetpack. Even then it does a fraction of what a normal attack would. Not to mention pa is so big and loud
even with endless cores I would never use it.
So my suggestion is this,
- make the charge knockback applicable to non-pa, it already doesn't affect large npcs.
-change the ground drop mechanic to a standing 2 handed power attack that hits the ground for aoe knockback for the last rank
