I am completely unable of locating Colonel Moore in the Hoover Dam Offices after nearing completion of 'Oh My Papa'. I go to the mission marker, but she does not appear no matter what. I have convinced all the Khans to my side and simply need to tell Moore about Regis needing to take over.

The BUG - she doesn't show up no matter what.

Also, why are Deathclaws literally impossible to destroy. I feel like I could cut through them in FO3.

FIX the damn bugs!
