I need to speak with Papa Khan about an alliance with the Power Ganger but the dialogue is stuck in the last part of the quest Oh My Papa. I have to either choose the dialogue that let Great Khan depart which I do not want or assasinate Papa Khan and fail the quest "Why Can't We Be Friends?". I want to help the power ganger of vault 19 to ally with the Great Khan and the Great Khan to ally with the NCR.

Is there any way to use the console to revert the quest Oh My Papa to the previous state?

You can side the Great Khans with the Powder Gangers? O_o (Holy crap, there's still stuff I don't know about in New Vegas)

Umm, not exactly. More like you let the Vault 19 Power Gangers joins the Great Khan. The normal power gangers are still acting normal because the vault 19 powers gangers are actually splitter brand from the original Power Gangers.

P.S I typed power rangers instead of power gangers twice while writing this.
