i donno . what.. happen ... when i try to .. find.. melissa.. she is long gone..... and.. i heard one of the solution is .. do not do her quest first....

and... while doing the optional part of the quest... i think that part is ...broken....

if you do the optional . by talking challenge with ceasor's behalf.. about the.. alli with khan... you are no longer able the turn in the karl's note.. to papa khan...

so what i did is... ( i am PC user so ... srry console ppl)

use console to "PlaceAtReticle 000e595c" to summon melissa and.. convince her.. and straight to papa khan.. at dinner time where everybody is on the table eating show karl's note to papa khan...

this way i was able to finish "oh my papa" quest.... so no longer in my pimp-boy 3b todo list....
