paralyzed creatures and people

Sometimes my summoned creatures are summoned paralyzed. They just lie there, unmoving.
Sometimes I come across paralyzed creatures, primarily deer. They just lie on the ground, looking dead.
M'aiq the Liar seems to be permanently paralyzed now. Every now and then I come across his sad looking body, just lying there on the ground. I can still talk to him, but he cannot move.
I have tried disabling/enabling them using the console. No success.
I have tried using spells to restore their health and fatigue. No success.
Anyone else had this problem?

Your load order needs much help... Do you use Oblivion Stutter Remover?


Edit: Do you use BOSS?

Okay, I'm going to get the OOO beta patch. However, I've been having this problem since before I upgraded MMM.
Yes, I do use BOSS. However, I had modified some dates for some of the files, and now BOSS wont retake control of those files. How do I give control back to BOSS?
And yes, I use OSR

One more question. If I have an esp merged in the bashed patch, can I disable the esp?

If already merged in the bashed patch, disabling the esp in Wrye Bash will put a plus sign in front of the esp, and it will not count towards your 255 limit.

Run BOSS through Wrye Bash, and make sure lock times is off before you run it. Right-click on the File tab and uncheck that feature when you want other tools to make changes to your LO.

Mart's Monster Mod - Safer Roads.esp and Mart's Monster Mod - Spawn Rates - Reduced.esp should not be used together.

UOP Vampire Aging & Face Fix.esp - you can use the tweak in the bashed patch and delete this. Update UOP also.

You dont't need Slof's Horses Base.esp since you are using the version from MMM.

You desperately need to do something about that load order all those plugins for MMM should be above the bashed patch and merged. Manually dating mods shouldn't stop BOSS from rearranging them afaik.

Okay, so here's my updated load order. I'm still having the same problem. I updated MMM and applied the OOO patch, and other stuff.

You still have alot of things loading after the bashed patch. If BOSS doesn't recognize them report them on the BOSS thread, they are usually pretty quick so you won't have to wait to long for them to be added. Until then manually move them above the bashed patch.

Okay, so I feel confident that my load order is finally acceptable. This exercise has given me more knowledge about how to use wrye bash properly. thanks. But, I'm still having the same problem. I saved my game while staring at a paralyzed creature, and I would like to disable individual mods, and load that save, to see if the creature is still paralyzed. I've tried this before, without success, but I only tried a few mods. Can anyone recommend mods to try first?

Also, depending on what's causing the paralyzed creatures you might need to wait for a respawn to have it fixed.
