A part of me died today

My Nordic Skaal was saved over. I got distracted and BAM!

I usually keep two saves per character for just in cases, but I did not do so this time. I was really liking him alot. I guess the All-Maker called him home so that he may flow through the eternal river. Age (39)

Maybe it is time to make my true Battlemage

or

dual wielding vampire who hates himself and is a vampire hunter (cloth only)

oh that svcks. And yes I keep multiple saves of each character. Just for cases like this. I also try not to save more then one character at the same place. Say 3 of my characters own breezehome. I'll only have one of them saved at any given time in Breezehome.

A vampire who hunts vampires while only wearing clothes... interesting.

Sorry :(

I have done this once myself. I accidentally deleted my level 72 save file of my very first character. Luckily I still had a level 65 save file. But still it made me sad to lose all of those levels.

I was thinking a Breton, wearing Dragon Cultist robes and boots and gloves, with a mage hood.

dual wielder (swords) , Alteration for flesh spells, Destruction for runes, and hashing out other details.

Ouch! I think we've all been there done that. Now I only keep 1 character loaded for play at a time to eliminate this. Good luck with your next character though.

Yeah, the more i think on it and plan it out, the more I like the sound of it. Something new too!

The way it goes I'm afraid. Live and learn. Gives me time to try out my new build I am coming up with it.

Sorry you lost one of your characters.

I purposely delete a lot of my characters and start new ones because sometimes its fun to start fresh and make some different choices.

The characters I want to keep. I just save them to a USB flash drive and update it once a week. That way If I screw up, I can reload it and it will be as though it never happened.

That svcks. I lost my first Khajiit in a similar fashion: his file just got saved over. And he was my only Dark Brotherhood character.
