Be part of the Lore in the next TES game

I was reading some random book in the game and I said to myself... How cool would it be to read about yourself and your adventures in the next TES game? Maybe name the book the "Dragonborn Chronicles" and go into detail about specific quests that you may have undertaken in your game.

For instance a passage could read like...

As the Dragonborn (insert name here) rode off into the town of Riverwood with the (insert armor name) armor and (insert weapon name) that he pillaged off a guard that he/she slain during Aduin's invasion of Helgen, he came across three three large stones that he/she has never seen before...

Even going onto more personal aspects of the game...

As time went on with the Companions, (insert name here)'s fondness of Aela grew stronger and stronger and faced with the notion of facing the monumental burden of being the Dragonborn, he decided to ask her hand in marriage...

I know a customized story system would probably be a monumental undertaking when you consider the infinite possibilities and decisions that your character will be making, but I think it would really add to the experience...

It's not impossible, if Bethesda were to allow us to load our save games from the previous Elder Scrolls games.

The question is whether or not mods could potentially interfere with a PC player's ability to do so.

You can read about yourself already.
"The Oblivion Crisis" (Self-explanatory)
"The Warp in the West" (Daggerfall)
"Imperial Simulacrum" (if a book mentions this, then it's from arena.)
I don't know remember any nerevarine books, but i'm sure i've read one or two somewhere.
However, something detailed as OP's suggestion would require importing saves.
I think a tiny suggestion such as "where a freak storm had shipwrecked him in the Illiac Bay near Privateer's Hold." is more fitting.

This does actually exist in skyrim, there are a few books, notes and lore that mentions your character by name (written my current factions an NPC's you've interacted with) that can be found. When I found one, a journal with my characters name written in it (I shan't give it away) I thought it was awesome.

But yeah, if they can do that in the next game, then that would be rockin'

Oh damn! I guess I should'a played Oblivian then... had no clue that was in game already!

So much for my innovative, groundbreaking idea! :-)

I didn't realize they had in game books like that already, but it would be cool to have it more "customizable".

That definitely would include importing saves, but if one didn't play the previous installment, such as myself, then a generic story could be told, kinda like what they do now.

Kinda like what Mass Effect did in it's previous installment.

Like others have said there's already a number of books which reference previous games, plus Sheogorath mentions what happened to Oblivion's character. I like it the way it is. The vague references make it feel more like a legend/myth.

There aren't any Nerevarine books because no one likes him.

Makes sense.
