Ha, I've had to use that symbol twice already.
Well, I'm making a Theatre, and It's a big mesh. By big I mean...

(The top Dome and dome falloff are meshes so you can see inside, same with the lobby ceiling.)
That big.
Obviously, it's missing seats because those are going to be separate objects, and curtains because those are going to be separate objects too.
Now, I started up Oblivion, just so see how they'd look since I got some of the textures done already. And the stage and a wall near the stage are invisible. I've checked and they've both UV, and both linked to their images.
I'm at a loss as to what I should do, this is sort of like the problem I got when I made a different mini-stage and the bottom of it disappeared when I got close to it.
I've looked things up, and the only issue I've thought of is that I could have forgotten to make normal maps. But I checked and the normal maps are there.
Here's a screenshot of what it's supposed to look like:

Compared to what it looks like in-game:

Does anybody know what I should do to get those two meshes to stop disappearing? It'd be a lot of help if I could figure out why this is happening, I don't even know what would cause them to be invisible anyway.
P.S. I know the dome/dome falloff don't look the best, but the Normal Mapping is really detailed, so because there's no light in there, you can't tell and it all just looks flat.
This is my second time ever making a building, and I had a similar problem in the first one. Like I said, when I walked towards one part it would disappear.
Thanks for reading! Even if you don't post any help, I know you didn't have to!
Fixed Dibella
New: When I move closer to them, they disappear.
