Parts of my mesh are... mysteriously missing?

Ha, I've had to use that symbol twice already.

Well, I'm making a Theatre, and It's a big mesh. By big I mean...

(The top Dome and dome falloff are meshes so you can see inside, same with the lobby ceiling.)

That big.

Obviously, it's missing seats because those are going to be separate objects, and curtains because those are going to be separate objects too.

Now, I started up Oblivion, just so see how they'd look since I got some of the textures done already. And the stage and a wall near the stage are invisible. I've checked and they've both UV, and both linked to their images.

I'm at a loss as to what I should do, this is sort of like the problem I got when I made a different mini-stage and the bottom of it disappeared when I got close to it.

I've looked things up, and the only issue I've thought of is that I could have forgotten to make normal maps. But I checked and the normal maps are there.

Here's a screenshot of what it's supposed to look like:

Compared to what it looks like in-game:

Does anybody know what I should do to get those two meshes to stop disappearing? It'd be a lot of help if I could figure out why this is happening, I don't even know what would cause them to be invisible anyway.

P.S. I know the dome/dome falloff don't look the best, but the Normal Mapping is really detailed, so because there's no light in there, you can't tell and it all just looks flat.

This is my second time ever making a building, and I had a similar problem in the first one. Like I said, when I walked towards one part it would disappear.

Thanks for reading! Even if you don't post any help, I know you didn't have to!

Edit: Also, Dibella's got a big spot on her face, and I was wondering if anybody knew why that happened, it's at the top of the dome mesh, if that changes anything.
Fixed Dibella

New: When I move closer to them, they disappear.

Well... It's a mod that makes random stuff disappear. But I should try there... I forgot there was one. Haha, so thanks.

Actually... I didn't even know there was a Construction Set forum...

I'm kinda new here.

Check to make sure your normals are pointed in the right direction.

-EDIT-
Not normal maps, but the actual normals of the mesh.

I did, but they still disappear once I get close to them. I'll try having the normals point inward to see if that helps.

Thanks for answering though.

Umm, I already posted this in the Construction Set thread, and I was wondering if you know a moderator who could close this one? I wouldn't want to flood up the Oblivion Mods section with CS questions because of a domino effect.

You can just use the report feature and request it closed. I will do it for you.
