I use "Passive Wildlife Vvardenfell" which makes life a lot easier in Morrowind. I can't travel twenty feet in Solstheim without having to fight monsters and creatures, Is there a mod that passifies the wildlife of Solstheim?

http://www.sabregirl.com/mods/creature.html affects some wildlife on Solstheim.
For example, it reduces the AI Fight of bears from 85 to 50 (or less, depending on which plugin you use).
