hi all Help !!!!

to get to this forum I find myself have to say i have "forgotten my password ". bethesda duly sends me a hex code which I validate and then get into the site. I then go to "my settings" in order change my password to something more meaningful. I only complete the bottom section re: updating password but i soon as I click I get a refreshed page that tells me that I have to complete all sections which i am loathed to do because that concerns an NEW EMAIL ADDRESS, which isn't what I want to do and instructions in my settings tells me I do not have to do that.

How do you get customer support here . I can't find any tabs or pull down or searches in this forum that can lead me to them

Could someone send me an idiots guide of what I need to do
