So with skyrim looming on the horizon I have read up on whats to be expected of this new hero and began to think why am i focused so much on this when i could be substituting my hype with the rich history of TES. But alas i wasnt born around the time Arena was released or when Daggerfall or any other game besides Morrowind, which i still havent beaten, and Oblivion. So i was wondering what were the accomplishments of the past heros of the TES series.

In Arena I believe that you start in a prison? Then you are contacted by Jagar Tharns assistant and you have to find pieces of the Chaos staff and bring the emperor back from something... The details are fuzzy to me so if someone could describe to me in depth what the hero accomplishments are. Then in Daggerfall you had to do something crazy with a dead dudes spirit and idk, I know less about Daggerfall then any other game... Then In morrowind you are contacted by Azura and then i just started dikeing around and got lost in the huge beautiful world of Morrowind and never started the main quest...

I know the most of Oblivion because of the fact that i beat it at least 6 times and have over 300+ hours of gameplay on my first character... But if you guys could give me a hand with this and maybe even give me a good place to start with Lore... I want to start familiarizing myself with TES Lore and its all so overwhelming, i dont want to just dive in and try to just absorb everything... If you could give me a good idea where to start would be great, Thanks people
