Patch 1.3 - bad for multiplayer, good for campaign

hello all, it has been a couple days since I posted about the patch 1.3. I cant put up with it anymore lol has anyone heard are they gonne fix this?

Before the patch 1.3, i was hitting a solid 60 fps in multiplayer at VERY HIGH settings with VERY HIGH testures at 1920x1080 with SLI 12XAA forced enhancement in the nvidia control panel. I am using an overclocked TRI SLI GTX 480 build (full build at bottom) The only level i dropped frames in was williamsburg.

after the patch, it doesnt matter if i turn all setting to low, every single MP level fraps only reads 40 - 50 fps only it looks more like a sloppy 20 fps with all the suttering and lag.

the only "upside" is my perfomace in campaign mode has AMAZINGLY increased, with a few bugs, light objects disappearing and what not. much betting SLI scaling performance.

only thing is i play multiplayer 99% of the time. id rather have crappy campaign performance and amazing mp at this point, but both would be nice.

im curious to read how others were affected, please share

My build
Motherboard: GA-X58A-UD3R
CPU: i7 930 2.8ghz oc'd to 3.6ghz-cooled with Coarsair H110 liquid cpu cooler
RAM: 12g G.Skill ripjaw series @1333mhz
GPU(s): 3x GTX 480 1664mhz/1925mhz-cooled by a small industrial fan lol
HD: 2x western digital 1tb 7200 rpm hd's in raid 0
PSU(s): 1000 watt thermaltake for system
1300 watt toughpower for gpus -2 psu's are excessive but very efficient
