I didn't find an answer here in the other topics. I read the http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/De-Isolation_Tutorial.
What happens, I have a mod called "http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=29333" and I want to create a patch for "http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11778". I tried both ESM Mastering and ESP Mastering (esmifing with Erye Bash) and in both cases, when I load my mod (the inns revised) do the changes and save the CS crashes. I figured out that i may happen because this mod adds changes to another master (the oblivion.esm). And now I got stucked.
The Esp Patching with TES4Edit doesn't seem to be proper. I don't understant that "Bait-and-Switch Method" neither the "ESP Patch With TES4Gecko and Wrye Bash" seems to work. I tried it out but the patch was full of errors.
Does anyone can give me a hint or point to another tutorial??
Thanks for reading.

EDIT: I figured it out a way and I managed to create a patch. Just learned a proper way to slip the file into a esm that was clean as the tutorial says and understood the Bait-and-Switch Method.
