My HD7970 is actually running cooler than it used to, settling around 63 degrees C where it used to run at about 68-70 degrees. I have had to turn most graphics settings way down. At these current settings, [very high textures, high on all other options except for post processing and game effects @ very high] I would get 80-90 fps before today, but now, I barely keep it over 55fps. If I use my old settings, [very high everything except water @ high, 4xSMAA] I only get 35-45fps where I was getting a smooth and stable 60fps using Dynamic Vsync on RadeonPro.
