Patch 1.3 didn't do anything?

Post » Sat Feb 13, 2016 1:51 pm

The patch was installed last night 2/11/16. After loading my last save I have yet to notice any difference from the patch notes in my game. Talking to Preston still doesn't give dialog options and he continues to give multiple quests at a time. Not sure on what to do. Any suggestions.

do your settlers assigned to jobs show an icon in build mode when you highlight them? that is one thing they added for sure that helps a lot!

Yeah there really wasn't a whole lot of noticeable changes made. Mainly small fixes to issues with quests and such. You will notice though that your settlement structures appear from much farther away since they increased the "Draw Distance".

Preston still doesn't shut up about quests, but I immediately noticed that they fixed which ones he gives you. I use to only get "kidnapping at Abernathy farm", "goul problem at tempis bluff", and "geenskins at Sanctuary". Now he is sending me to all my settlements and having me defend the castle and such.

They said they improved snapping of pieces in workshop mode, but I noticed no difference.

Pretty much the duty label put on settlers is the only noticeable thing that stands out if you haven't read the patch fixes and gone in search of if they changed or not.

Thanks for the reply guys. After loading the game up again a but ago I did see the difference in settlers this time. It showed what they were assigned to which is pretty cool. Still no luck on Preston though. Still no dialog options for him. And I have a big for some quest at warwick that shows a hollow box. There is no mission that corresponds to it though.
