Why doesn't my on demand version get the new patch? My on demand version doesn't updtae to new patch but borrowed a disc from friend and that gets new patch on my console! What the ****! i spennt extra money to get the on demand version and the stinking patch doesn't work with it!

Ohh well you should have just said The XBOX marketplace.

Yah they said not to accept that patch until another patch comes out to fix that patch.

But other than that i dont see why it doesnt work.

It called games on demand on the xbox marketplace and the fix is out but the on demand version still won't update. Another support issue slips thru the cracks. it really getting old

Yah well im pretty sure that its probably Microsofts fault since i have gotten the patch through my disc copy.

You aren't the only one having this problem, actually, you're maybe the 10th or 12th person I've heard about having this. The likely culprit is the patch itself, either that, or the On Demand game patches are just getting delayed just like everything else Microsoft has to "check out" before releasing for their system.

I blaming bethesda/obsidian. My confidence in these companies is really starting to wane
