After the new patch I'll head right over to the hot springs/mammoths/giants area and see if the dragon is flying normally again. That's the only bug I've seen on the PS3 version to this point. The communication about the status is appreciated. Thank you, Bethesda and the OP for brining it here.

:tes:

You are welcome

Updated 12/6: While the 1.2 update fixed the long-term play issues for most PS3 users, we are aware that is not the case for some. We’ve been reaching out to a number of those users to collect save games, so we can take a look at their specific issues. Right now we know it’s not one thing, but a combination of smaller ones that some folks are seeing, but others are not. Some seem to be the PS3 autosaving in the background (you can turn that off), some may be SPU AI updates, and some may relate to dynamic system memory allocation. These fixes are not in the current 1.3 update that is in final testing, but will be in future ones. We understand how frustrating it can be when your game is having issues, and we thank all of you for your continued feedback and patience. Rest assured we take your gameplay experience seriously and will continue working on this until it’s resolved.

But i do care about not being able to buy the Windhelm home. That's something that should have top priority. The quests!

Will come later as they already have said sad but well guess I have to use a walkthrough or bugged quests list to avoid those or work around them.
All in all I hope it won't break more stuff and bring a LAA fix, damn just set that flag save file as tesv4gb.exe patch launcher to check RAM...

The needed patch and easy way to provide:
cp tesv.exe tesv4gb.exe
editbin /LARGEADDRESSAWARE tesv4gb.exe

launcher patch:
IF RAM <=2gb start tesv.exe ELSE start tesv4gb.exe
make redist
wput steam
PROFIT (CTD begone)

The game has been out three weeks today, and there have been three patches.

When are people going to back off and understand they are working as hard as they can to fix issues? When will the crying and freaking out end? I've run into quite a few bugs but I don't let it affect how I feel about the game- it's a HUGE game, across multiple platforms, there's absolutely no way they can predict each and every combination of use.

tldr: I wish people would calm down.

A little more pre live testing would have cut this problem off at the head of the path.

There's no doubt in my mind they're hard at work trying to fix the issue.
Sometimes one screws up. Apparently, they did.

Yes it would have. I wished they would have actually tested it a little more.

I guess I'll have to wait for patch 1.4 then...

I hope they fix the problems in Breezehome. And the floating weapons everywhere. But I'm not sure if that was already fixed in previous patches since I never updated my game, having heard of the troubles the patches caused. Has anybody experienced this?

Weapons are still flying, don't know what bug you are talking about in Breezehome^^

Gotta love all the people putting snarky comments towards Bethesda, acting like some 14 year-old ex-gf or something.

from what I read, it doesnt say anything about what is on the patch, just that they are gathering ps3 data from players.

the creation kit is the older part so didnt think it merited much additional mention

(and the patch of course; but I expect a 1.4, 1.5, and maybe a 1.6 by the time I get ready to play the game.)

Any word how long it will take to roll out the patch on the consoles?

More or less a week after PCs.

Idk why everyone is freaking out and crying. They really need to shut the [censored] up. Skyrim is amazing, and will only get better. As for the bugs well every bethesda game has bugs in the release. its probably just a bunch of 13 year old's playing on xbox/PS3 crying because their POS console keeps freezing, or some idiot that has a huge bottleneck and doesn't know what he is talking about and blames the game designers. Yes, I have had CTD's, but i am not [censored]ing. Just start up skyrim and load last save.

tl;dr this is a forum, if your not going to or not capable of reading then don't come here.

Skyrm might or might not win most GOTY awards.
Your post, however, wins worst post of 2011.

Just a bunch of personal insults, not a shred of an argument, all bundled up like clooged soggy breakfast cereals.

Oh god here we go again the old 'PC's roxxors and consoles suk' sniping from the almight PC elitists

Here's a fact, most maturee gamers, PC and Consoles, and please be sitting down when I say this... Ready?

Do not give a [censored] of your opinions.

I garuntee half the mature console gamers could probably afford to build a PC that will blow your machines out of exisitance, and I garuntee Mature PC gamers are facepalming at your elitist attitude.

Personally, I just want to discuss this game with mature gamers. Not spoiled trust fund turds who think use their PC's hardware like it was a 'member extention'

Grow up for god's sake...
