Patch for 360

Post » Wed Sep 29, 2010 4:22 am

Bethesda Softworks just need to announce the DLC and then ObsIdian release it, but with the patch issues, this pretty much got delayed again until PS3/360 users got their problem fixed (I dont know nothing about PC issues, yet)

yup, sadly this will only further delay HH.

my saves are fine, though they are all modded and never saved over a previous one . i got the clasic pac and dm too. though this happened from day one wit my friend on his elite. it seems that my friends with new xboxs ans bigger hard drives dont encounter freezing even though it says content is missing

Gosh, okay guys, just because New Vegas is buggy doesnt means that was a bad game, that is completely subjective, I blame both Companies, Obsidian for not having a good programming staff, and Bethesda for not delaying the game

Bam. Anyways instead of this pointless flaming try another topic or make a new one if you want to bring a new discussion.

Post in the bugs forum for any issues on the patch.

What to post here? If any new info on the patch being available to download again(With the new fixes of coarse) has been posted on said anywhere from Twitter, NMA, etc.

You clear your cache. Off the top of my head you go to System options, memory, press y, clear the cache.

Just downloaded that patch....I get that missing dlc content message when loading a save, when I show up to the lucky 38, I can't talk to the friking robot to access the Presidetial suite, I don't have the Dead money add on, just the regular game, I'm at level 30 and have over 80 hrs of game play. I don't want to start over again...If they don't fix this I'm trading in the game.

That works too. Actually pretty smart since clearing cache makes you redownload a patch for each game.

EDIT: Thanks for the heads up Joli.

Wow I can't believe we have been waitning for the dlc so long we were all sooo exited about a friggin patch and then the patch itself is messing people up! I really hope some programmers (be it at obsidian or at Microsoft since i don't know whose fault it is) are feeling ashamed right now. I've never heard of a game having so many issues.

I've played buggier games before.

The real shame is all these bugs on a really good game of one of the most prestiged video game series around.

Seriously, a ton of people who haven't even played the originals would of forgiven New Vegas if not for the bugs.

Which is why we wait for the patch.

At this point I'm just looking forward to Honest Hearts(Still have a sour taste for Joshua Graham and Ulysses being ripped out of the vanilla game though.)

Nah I think it updates automatically for each system; Steam, PSN and Xbox Live. :)
PC is likely to get it first though. (Well, at least that's what Jason Bergman thinks.)

PC has had the update for close to a month now 0_o but xbox and ps3 wont get it anytime soon cause [censored] sony is stupid and had to go and piss hackers off and shut there [censored] down
