Patch v1.01 for Canada now available (save game fix)

Released on Nov 19, this 20MB patch will fix the Fallout 3 (BLUS-30185) save game compatibility issue with the Canadian GOTY edition (BLUS-30451, released Oct 13).

There's no official thread from Bethesda for this new patch so here it is. Enjoy.
