The post is about an official patch, not the beta.

Steam may already be passing it out.
My FO4 was updated earlier today.

From the linked article:

The 1.3 update for Fallout 4 is available as an automatic download for all PC users on Steam and will be available later this week on Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

So, yea. Its out for PC and coming on consoles.

Sigh.

All Freezing weapons will remain having game breaking glitch rendering affected enemies permanently non-interactive?

What a waste of patch.

Utterly disappointing.

Looks like the same list as Beta. Was hoping they'd update it with some little things.

Like:

When doing facial reconstruction the GRIME option will not fade with the percentages.

The minor mod on Synth armor can not be removed as with other armors. You can only replace it with another mod.

^^ These things are bugging the heck out of me.

Yep i was so happy to finaly see that i can move forward with Z finaly in workshop mod, until i find that they moved the "activate" command on "enter" ... I just dont understand why they did that...

I'm the only one having this hotkey moved to "enter" ?

Follower script data segments in most of the followers have been altered as well, in this patch.

Nice patch. Doesn't do a lot, but I like what it does. Keep them coming.

It means any mods which tamper with these will need updating, and could cause crashing.
All Saves based on such outdated mods will be unstable and crash, even with all mods turned off.
The old baked into the save stuff from Skyrim.

As usual, I will keep Steam in offline mode and watch the forums to make sure nothing gets completely borked before updating.

I too am wondering what the follower script data thing means as far as game play.

I hope they fixed the way you assign settlers to things like vendor because I had an issue today where the scribe wouldn't go to my lvl 4 merchant tent I personally built just for him and I had to remove walls and the damn doorway which worked, I would understand if he was a large man, but he isn't. LOL

I am looking forward to the patch thou. ;)

Quest items in my misc section, keys(what happened to the keyring from previous games?), holotapes, notes etc. Its a nightmare trying to find anything in there!

Ashpiles/goopiles not clearing up properly. A problem since fallout3 iirc.

Placed items clipping through objects in settlements.

^^this stuff drives me nuts!

Lol. Goo/Ash pile memory overload was what ultimately made Fallout3/Vegas on PS3 absolutely unplayable in later game.

Some people play video games on "gaming consoles".

The most popular ones are Xbox, PlayStation, & Wii. ;)

Actually not some. Majority of Fallout users are on console.

I have PC good enough to run decent FO4, but I want my video game experience to be haggle free as possible so I still choose to go console even for Fallout 4.

Settlers dont move at Night. They dont go to any Chairs or into the Beds. They just stand somewhere. This happens in the current Beta Patch 1.3.

Enjoy :)

My settlers now at night when I fast travel to a base they are all standing around the same spot. Eventually them move to their beds. The patch in beta make it where they don't go to bed??
