So they fixed a stupid bookcase glitch and no major game breaking glitches ?

Take a look at OP:

General stability improvements
Fixed Radiant Story incorrectly filling certain roles
Fixed magic resistances not calculating properly

What the top two actually cover - if OP is correct - is a bit fuzzy, but better stability is always great. And the last one is one I have been hoping for would come soon.

Sometimes I lose faith in Skyrim and Bethesda products as a whole with their close-to-broken products and shoddy design. The patches certainly don't adress the most vital ones, such as Quests right away. I feel sorry for my PS3 brethren and sisters who are stuck with the framerate drop and all.

I suggest you return the game under the reason it's fundamentally broken and get your money back. Reserve that cash when Skyrim isn't prone to blow it up in your face. This is from a 360 user.

When we confirm the problems are indeed fixed, so later today or tomorrow.

I thought they fixed the framerate thing a long time ago.

"you should expect updates to be hitting the PC and Steam earlier and more often, as that’s a process we control. Console updates will follow, as they must be certified and processed by those manufacturers."

Bethesda has no control over console patches release, microsoft and sony have to approve the patch first.

Console patches need to be certified by Microsoft and Sony. That's why they can't be available right away.

Alright, I don't want to play the mini-mod but can you guys tone down the console bashing? For you guys that are wondering, Bethesda say that PC will get the patches first because they don't have to go through as much third party shenanigans. :)

I noticed increasingly how your posts are reeking of PC elitism and calling out people because they own 'inferior trash' is concerning to me. Adjust your behaviour if you can, please.

It may have something to do with the whole 'a family member will take over' thing that they were talking about around E3 etc. :)

They work on all the fixes at the same time. When they fix some they release that patch.

They don't hold fixes for minor issues (although the magic resist is the biggest issue I'm personally facing and I'd say that's true for many) until they get the major issues sorted out. If they did people would complain that they aren't interested in supporting the game at all.

Exactly. It's not like being the first to get Bethesda's patches is exactly a blessing. It's more like having a Wabbajack aimed at your game.

Unfortunately no. I am from the Netherlands and I can only direct you to a Dutch gaming website saying the new patch won't fix the save game problem.
