One thing keeps bothering me. Why the high settings ('lower' settings) have been changed. I mean, Crytec shouldn't even touch it before bringing Medium settings. If only the graphic changes introduced with he patch don't change performance for the high settings (downward) it would be great. My textures seem to be half pixeled. Don't know what happen to brightness but It seem to be messed up, same to the light effects (and some shadows).

I was thinking the other presets were 'darker' because my graphic card can't do the job. After installing the patch 1.9 I've seen that I was dodging the issue (maybe it's something like this ....SSAO/SSDO?). I've discovered I'm getting this bug the day I first play it.

Will we one day have Medium settings Crytec? Are you working on the 'dark/brighter bug'?
...I'm sure this is the reason for the performance loss.

(for all Pc elitists SOBches: I can't upgrade my Pc; I wouldn't buy it if I know I couldn't run it, neither I care If you were running it on Ultra at 60fps. So don't post anything like this in this threat)

to bad the Crytek gave the finger to low end PC owners (like me) because it was running as smooth as silk in all previous patches, and people always saying dont fix what is not broken.

to bad that last patch just killed the game for me because i wont upgrade coz this game is not the type that i have to upgrade my PC for it.

so for now am done with this game.

just set everything to low and ur fine.

Same here bro... patch 1.9 killed the game for me. Low performance now, and the worse of all is that i cannot play more than 2-3 full rounds on MP before being disconnected for some weird reason, and i have to restart PC over and over again for it to work again. Everything was running just great before patch 1.9.
