Why I have this Weird-Black Color after I just download patch 1.9 before entering game !

And it's happening to all the things inside the game, the nanosuit and the environment around goes Black color. This is one of my screen shot that took from the nanosuit showroom...
This is what it suppose to be !

I'm also getting darkness, or may I say everything black, when aiming with sniper scope in some campaign levels (singleplayer)...

short version :Paste this into game.cfg then set it to 'read only'>
r_HDRLevel = 12
r_HDRBrightLevel = 2

Mate, im one of the affected of this "Vsync cap" bug, for me at 30 fps if i enable vsync. I have a temporary fix for this by disabling it and using D3Doverrider which enables Triple Buffering and forces Vsync of any game. It comes with Rivatuner, search in google. Just to let you know, hope it helps.
