Agree with you on better grouping. They already mentioned a couple weeks ago that they're working on that, though.

Its still the same thing it has always been, phasing and layering of multiple examples of the same area. Thyere working on a fix just like they have for the past 6 months. So really nothing new to see. Just damage control mixed into a nerf list.
API (player made UI addons) was stealth nerfed. Many addons are no longer possible. HUGE amount of rage on PTS forum right now over this patch.
It seems ZOS has decided there will be no combat log of any kind in ESO. So you have no information about what your abilities are doing, or how much you are healing, or how much you got hit for ... or what buffs you have up... or anything.
I am not argueing that point. Fine it was an exploit and it should be fixed but don't destroy your only means left of group pve leveling content. My point is they could have fixed it another way.
This game is turning into a massive single player game outside of group pvp. I am trying to think of any rewarding group content and I cannot. The 6 4-man dungeons I saw dropped the same gear as the solo quest and open world kills and gave 9exp a kill which Is probably what these public dungeons are now. So why group for less exp and the same loot?
I actually suggested something like this in a thread. I'm glad they didn't knee jerk and over nerf. It will still be a very good racial without becoming extremely good in the end game.

I'm going to gloat about this every day of Early Access and the whole first month. I will learn whatever recipe there is in-game for crow and offer public feasts to everyone who was so bound and determined to spread rumors about how the game was going to be unplayable at launch. I'll open a crow-centric restaurant in Auridon.
Every single time someone has said "the developers aren't communicating enough, therefore they aren't fixing it," they've been proven wrong. This trend can only continue.

And you'll be hard pressed to compete with Iron Chef Mori-crow-to's restaurant by the docks. Best bring your A-game and some special seasoning.
I think you must have missed the hundred or so developer posts in the beta forums acknowledging the phasing issue.
Boss farm, this is why they nerfed the XP given from bosses, one of the bosses in Spindle is easily farmed.
Now let's do algebra to determine the base crit% where both bonuses are equal.
(x+3)(1.5+.15) = (x+6)(1.5)
1.65x+4.95 = 1.5x+9
0.15x = 4.05
x = 27
So, when your base crit % is below 27% you will benefit from this new racial, but as I've said in another thread, at end game with full gear the racial would've been more powerful.

They could easily increase the respawn of mobs in public dungeons /caves, done.
They could nerf Carnage and not remove it LOL, 3/6/9 % It would have been good.
This was not just bosses but all public dungeon monsters.... re-read the notes

Khajit sufered TERIBBLY by this nerf -i call it Khajit "fixing"
Some of you are so good at maths and yet dont understand a simplest things
You cant really builld on miniscule critical chance and changing that from 3% to 6% still gives khajits NOTHING (especially cos this is mele only)
On the other hand -how often was +15% to crit damage proc?
On a sucessufull critical strike rigth?
Oh wait -almost EVERY time you atacked from stealth, EVERY time you atacked with Critical Charge - hell it even give you bonus with bows and magic crit attacks
Not on 3/6% of attacks
What racials khajits have right now
Carnage -nerfed
Robust -biggest bullshat ever with curent softcap (im constantly at cap even without any racials)
Stealthy -pointless in PVE and not usefull without +Crit damage in PvP (not to mention Magelight that makes this racial useless)
On the other hand - Altmers and Imperials are racial bonus OP - how about nerfing of this races, its really a necessity -it cannot be allowed to have such disadvantage as +6% to most magic damage
This not going to stop dungeon farming -cos they were not farmed for XP -at least i dont know anyone that do this.
Dungeons were and WILL be farmed for loot drops -best way to train crafting (loot is best source for Reseach items, crafting mats and Inspiration), forget about gathering - (btw rafining dont give inspiration at ALL)
Also best source of SoulGems
Get real- boss camping is not going to stop by remowing XP from it.
This cant really be easy fixed -cos this is base functionality of Public Dungeons -you get there and kill monster. They cant fix it by making monster instanced, and if they lower bosses spawn rate -casuals will sufer more then campers, and start crying loud
