At least in the States. I just downloaded it and, wow. It helped out my online play so much. I usually lagged like crazy until about 3 minutes afterwards, but now I don't have any lag whatsoever.

EDIT: I'm on Playstation.

He's probably on PC. Xbox and PS3 users usually have to wait a bit.

Yes the gameplay is much improved.

Again, PS3. Dont know about Xbox or PC.

I just played the game a quick game on 360 after downloading the patch.

There's still a lag issue, but it's nowhere near as bad as it was. Definitely more playable now.

The game needs a few more patches and it'll be gravy.

Yep, in Xbox 360 patch is available to download, but still there's nobody to play. Servers are empty or 2-3 people online

Got the patch last night, and haven't experienced a single bit of lag since, even in PVP matches with people who have crap connections. :twirl:

Playstation. And what do you mean by texture problems? The fading in, or the low rez backgrounds?

Both, like when u look at an object and then look away for like 10 seconds, and then turn back around, the object has terrible rez, and it takes at least 5 seconds for the texture to load fully again. If you know what i mean

Im on xbox and the patch hasn't had any noticable change for me so far. Ive played a few games, none of which can manage to get a full group (usually only 2 or 3 living people per team) and even with such low numbers of real players there is still significant lag. Hope its a fluke.

Ok, S.D. you need to fix this update AGAIN, unbearable lag, I teleport every 5 seconds, get OHK by people who arent even holding a buffed weapon or the sniper rifle.When I was planting the bomb at CCity my character was actually holding the HE charge and I couldnt even change weapons, even at the command post. WTF did you do?! :facepalm:

I got the patch for xbox and was playing for like 3 hours. No lag and more people were playing. It's wonderful

Thats good to hear about your xbox experience. Hopefully when I get back on it will be the same for me.
